It uses fluorescent lamps.
It uses Light Emitting Diodes

Less than LED
High Picture quality since it uses single LED for each pixel.
Size
Thicker than LED
Thinner than LCD
Angle Viewing
Does not support angle viewing and image gets diminished if viewed form sides.
It Support Angle viewing and image can be viewed from any angle.
Power Consumption
Power consumption is high because it uses fluorescent lamps.
Power consumption is low.
Data Security
More Secure, because desktop is visible only to the user and no one can read private data from sides.
Less Secure, Because anybody can read data from any angled view.
