Difference Between Application Software and System Software

4	User interacts with application software while doing different activities.	User does not interact with system software as it works in background.
5	There may be a no. of application programs installed on the Computer at the same time.	A Computer may not require more than one type of system Software.
6	Application Software can not run without the presence of System Software.	System Software can run independently of the application software.
